With 40 years of experience, Dr Lalit Mohan Parashar is a Senior Consultant ENT Surgeon at PSRI Hospital. In March 2003, the Delhi Medical Association honoured him with the "President’s Appreciation Award" and the "Dr A. K. Roy Chowdhary Award" at the South Delhi IMA convention in December 2005.

In 2006, he was recognized as a "Luminary" at the same convention. Most recently, the Physicians Forum of India awarded Dr. Parashar "The Medical Education Award 2019" in 2020.
