Dr Garima Aggarwal is a Consultant Nephrologist and Renal Transplant Physician currently associated with Manipal Hospital, Varthur Road, and Whitefield, Bangalore. She has also worked at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Vaishali, Pushpanjali Medical Center, New Delhi, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, and Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore.

Doctor Garima has contributed significantly to the field of nephrology through her talks, publications, and expert insights. In 2020, she was invited to speak at the prestigious Annual Conference of the Association of Physicians of India (APICON). 

She has published research in leading journals, including a case report on Primary Extranodal Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma in the Indian Journal of Nephrology (2019) and a study on Twitter-based case conferences in the Open Nephrology & Urology Journal (2019). Her groundbreaking work on rare procedures, such as performing a lifesaving Transhepatic Tunneled Hemolysis Catheter insertion into the inferior vena cava, was presented at the 6th Annual Congress of the Association of Vascular Access and Interventional Renal Physicians (AVATAR).

Dr Garima Aggarwal has also written extensively on topics related to kidney disease management in the media, such as articles in The Indian Express, HerZindagi, and India Today. Her efforts extend to public health, as she was appointed Convener of the Indian Medical Association's Kidney Disease Prevention Project in 2018.
