Honestly I did not expect this kind of response Hexa buddy in hospital Devender and Rakesh from the call team where really took great care of me from admission to discharge.
Total annoying negligence after the surgery.
No coordination with hexa n hospital
Never seen any organisation with zero customer service and response like hexa health. No way to contact any responsible person. No proper response from executives. Problem still unresolved
There was no follow up but doctor did a very good job hence didn’t need a follow up. The surgeon was really good at his work. Overall a good service by the doctor. Mr. Kashif needs improvement(a lot more is required than bossing around the juniors.)

I was told that it would be laser operation.. however that is not hexa health fault, i got treated by another sergion and he doesn't told me that it would be a cut in back, and I got one stitch..
